Refunds & Cancellations

Terms and conditions of Hemped India’s (hereinafter referred to as “Hemped India”, “We”, or “Us”)

Refunds and Cancellations Policy:

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Exchanges / Returns will only be taken in the following scenarios:

  • If the product received is damaged. Please write to us at hello@hempedindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with images of the damaged goods.

  • Once the images are inspected, we will notify you if the products are eligible for an exchange, return or refund.

  • We can either replace the product or refund you the amount as per your discretion.

  • In all cases we will arrange for a reverse pick-up from your address.

  • In case of exchanges we will dispatch the new product once we receive the damaged goods.

  • In case of returns, you should receive the money within 15 days of us receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns/ Refunds:

  • If 48 hours have gone by since the delivery of the products, we can’t offer you an exchange, return / refund.

  • Please make sure to not remove or damage any tags, the original packaging and the receipt/ proof of purchase that comes along with the product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days of us receiving the product, the following can be done:

  • Please first check your bank account again. 

  • Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is reflected in the statement. 

  • Please contact your bank. It might take some processing time on their behalf for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

If you have tried all of the above and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at hello@hempedindia.com and we will take care of it.

 

SALE ITEMS

Any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any exchanges, returns or refunds.
